County National Bank Announces New BSA Officer


Hillsdale MI, September 3, 2020 – John R. Waldron, President and CEO of County National Bank (CNB), announced the recent addition of Danna Woolsey – BSA Officer for County National Bank.

Danna has been in the banking industry for 20 years. Her previous experience includes positions as an Account Specialist, Member Service Specialist, Collector for the Collections Department and Staff Trainer. Her most recent position prior to joining CNB was as a Risk Specialist in Compliance/Risk Management. 

 

Danna is a graduate of Jackson College with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and is certified as a NAFCU Compliance Officer.  “We are thrilled to have Danna on board,” said Stacey Clemens, VP – Chief Risk Officer. “She’ll bring a fresh perspective and approach to financial crimes management, and her extensive background and familiarity with regulatory and operational activities makes Danna a strong asset to our team.”

 

Danna is an active member of the Jackson County Suicide Prevention Coalition, a Lifeways Safe Talk trainer, and a volunteer for Make-A-Wish. She is also a board member for the Hanover-Horton Music Boosters. Danna’s interests include traveling, visiting new places and meeting new people. Danna’s oldest son is a combat medic stationed at Fort Carson, Colorado, and she resides in the Horton area with her husband and her youngest son.
