The Brooklyn Living Center originally opened in 1990, and the event will also be a celebration of the 50th Anniversary. Lloyd Ganton Retirement Centers has added 25 new apartments to their Brooklyn Living Center. The event will begin at 4:00 p.m. with tours and hors d’oeuvres available throughout the event. The Ribbon Cutting with Brooklyn Irish Hills Chamber of Commerce will take place at 4:45 p.m., and the Ribbon Cutting with the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce will take place at 5:30 p.m.
“We are pleased to add these 25 new apartments to Brooklyn Living Center. We saw there was a need and we met it. We have had a waiting list at this location continuously," said Lloyd Ganton, CEO of Lloyd Ganton Retirement Centers.
The ground-floor apartments feature a variety of floor plans, emergency call system and sliding glass doors on to a patio. Residents enjoy continental breakfast, full home-cooked lunch, a three-course dinner, planned social activities, housekeeping, and flat laundry services. On-site care plan services allow residents to age in place by adding additional services as they need them.
