Jackson Magazine has honored its current class of young professionals.
The “30 And Under” awards go to Jackson-area residents who demonstrate hard work and community involvement. Winners are selected by a committee that includes previous winners.
This year’s recipients were recognized by the magazine during a Wednesday, Dec. 5 event at Jackson’s Commonwealth Commerce Center. They are:

- Jessica Houston of Jackson College
- Brandon Hughes of Liberty Township Fire Dept.
