Nomination
Each year, Jackson Magazine recognizes individuals in the health care field who positively affect the lives of patients. To nominate a deserving person, please complete the entire form. We accept nominations year-round; however, the deadline for 2026 was May 28, 2026. Health Care Angels will be announced in the September issue of the magazine, all future nominations will be considered for 2027.
Eligibility Criteria:
Currently work or volunteer as a health care professional in Jackson County, Michigan.
Please note, individuals who have previously received this award are not eligible for repeat recognition unless their role or scope of impact has changed significantly since their original award.
